Rare NPC items

Correction on my post, the Lilypad is not a trinket. It just sits in your inventory which makes it so much better!

When NPCScan lights up my screen I freeze on the spot and immediately type /focus and the rare's name... Found a few so far but only got http://www.wowhead.com/item=86583
Haven't used it much thou. Probably three times just to see what it does and show a friend. I got it on my night elf druid so I have shadow meld and now this.

Wow, that is a really interesting one. A lot of possibilities. I honestly love the little rare item they did. I mean the random item that did fun little things in game use to be few and far apart. But now each rare like has their own item almost. I am trying to get as many as I can. I just wish some of them worked in dungeons and raids. But then again, I guess that would have people farming and camping rare spawns more then normal. Such as the one who drops the rep pipe.

One of my friends won the roll... Pretty good one for questing and want a quick regen. However I find Mantid rare's the hardest of any of the other types of rare's.

With pvp going to be big next patch, alot of these rare items IMO are going to be useful.
