I'll start out with my available raid times since they seem to be the most troubling thing for me in my search for a new guild.

All times are Eastern
Mon-Wed: 6pm-10pm
Thu: open if necessary but prefer not to raid
Fri-Sat: Any time
Sun: Any-10pm

I currently raid as a tank with a balance off spec however I have play as all 4 specs and would consider changing any of them. I have an extensive raid background including clearly wings in Naxx 40 and Algalon 10.

I'd like to find a guild that is at least 4/6 MSV but am up for the task of heroic content. This is rather brief so I'm more then happy to fill out a guild app or do interviews on voice chat. Server and faction aren't a big deal though I'm currently on Duskwood Alliance.
