Our goal is to clear Heroic Raids while they are current. We will be a casual progression team, meaning we take progression seriously but will not be enforcing strict requirements outside of raid nights. To that end, we anticipate a level of social ease during raid, but prize the ability to focus and execute strategies when called for. In addition, all raiders are expected to take up the responsibilities involved with their chosen role. This includes knowledge of mechanics, personal role in a given encounter, and class knowledge to the end of maximizing their effectiveness in raid. We will not bring down the whip on a person that makes a single mistake, but a level of consistency is expected during new bosses and farm content alike. That said, we never want our raid to feel like a chore or an extenuating effort: we want our members to look forward to raid every week, and we want our team to enjoy their time together. We are not aiming for realm firsts and hundreds of pulls for 6 straight hours, but we also do not want to farm lower levels of content endlessly. Progression and fun.
