Most of team has been together since ToT and through SoO. Very laid back group that likes to have fun and down bosses. We Will be looking to progress Herioc. We are also looking for others that want to raid and challenge themselves and the team to be the best we can be with keeping FUN at the top of our list. We Raid 4hrs a week so we want to make the most of our time. Monday's is to have extra time on Bosses for progression for those that can get together. We are a 10-20 man team and are always looking for fun people who want to grow their skills and push themselves to become heroic and possibly 1 day mythic raiders. Our priorities are; 1. Progression through current "Heroic" content when it releases, and mythic difficulties would be discussed with raid members and if we would have 20 raiders. 2. Raiders with great attitudes - We are friends a family group. It is important the we build each other up and not tear each other down. There will be struggles that we need to work together to overcome. It's all about the nerd screams as the boss dies! 3. Proven experience in raiding and advanced knowledge of your selected class/role - we're looking for people to have Raid Awareness, follow directions, listen intently, and put the team's needs above their own and able to take constructive criticism. Attendance - We asked that everyone to be online and ready to go every week but we know RL issues do come up, try to remember everyone's time is precious -We expect folks to be online 10 -15 minutes before the raid. -The raid will start promptly. Any member who is not present without prior notice to the raid leaders at raid time may be replaced. No substitution will be made after the raid has started unless there was prior notice. -Attendance will slow any team down to get through progression.
