We are a Heroic progression raiding team. We maintain a roster of 18-25 with 4 healers. Our goal is to full clear Heroic in each tier without taking the enjoyment away of raiding with friends. We expect more out of players and will promote constructive criticism in a positive way and work with players. We take pride in not removing raiders due to ability, we train and adjust strats to suit each player individually. We review logs of past killed fights to improve. Each player is expected to learn from their mistakes in a timely manor. Fridays are a fun alt run night. At the beginning of a new tier we will raid Fri, Sun and Mon normal. Once we go to heroic, Friday remains normal.
